What are the store hours?
Subyeon Choego runs 8 branches in Busan, and hours vary by branch. Millak Main Branch, Haeundae, Haeundae Mipo, Marine City and Gwangan are open 24 hours; Centum, Songjeong and Lotte (Seomyeon) have last-order times. See Stores for each branch. Lines can be long at lunch and dinner, so we recommend the remote waitlist.
What is your signature dish?
Our signature is Pork Neck Soup, made only with pork neck. Our slightly lighter Meat and Rice Soup is also very popular. See the menu
Is there parking?
It depends on the branch. Centum uses the building parking, Marine City the shopping-building parking, and Lotte (Seomyeon) the Lotte Department Store parking. Millak Main Branch, Haeundae, Haeundae Mipo, Gwangan and Songjeong have no dedicated lot, so please use nearby parking.
Do you offer takeout or delivery?
Takeout is available from 2 servings, and we deliver nationwide except Jeju and remote mountain areas.
Can I come with children?
Yes — we have a children’s soup for children aged 6 and under.
Is there a spicy topping?
Add the spicy scallion topping, from Step 1 (Shin Ramyun heat) to Step 3 (Nuclear Buldak heat).
Can I dine alone?
Yes. For solo diners only, our Solo Set gives you boiled pork and a small Pork Neck Soup together.
