How to Eat

Busan-style dwaeji gukbap is sliced pork in a milky broth slow-simmered from pork bones — and you season it yourself at the table.

Meat and Rice Soup with rice, salted shrimp, spicy paste and radish kimchi

HOW TO EAT

Enjoy dwaeji gukbap in 4 steps

  1. 01

    Taste the broth first

Try the plain broth before seasoning.

  2. 02

    Season with salted shrimp

Instead of salt, add salted shrimp little by little for umami.

  3. 03

Spice it up with paste & chives

For a spicier bowl, stir in dadaegi or add the spicy scallion topping.

  4. 04

Mix in the rice, with radish kimchi
